In 2006, I started this company with a simple promise: Treat every client the way I’d want my own family treated.
At the time, I didn’t have a grand vision for growth or milestones. What I had was a strong work ethic, a deep respect for the responsibility that comes with inspecting homes and buildings, and a belief that honesty still mattered in business. Twenty years later, that promise remains the foundation of everything we do at 4 Wahl Property Inspections.
Inspections Were Never Just About Buildings
From the very beginning, I understood that inspections aren’t really about roofs, wiring, or plumbing. They’re about people. They’re about families buying their first home, retirees making a final move, investors taking calculated risks, and business owners committing capital and livelihoods to a property.
An inspection often happens at a moment filled with excitement, stress, and uncertainty. Clients aren’t just looking for a checklist. They’re looking for clarity, protection, and someone they can trust to tell them the truth. That responsibility has never been lost on me.
Growing Through Change Without Losing Our Values
Over the last two decades, Southeast Florida has changed dramatically, and so has the real estate market. We’ve lived through housing booms, market crashes, tightening regulations, evolving building standards, and rapidly advancing technology. Through it all, one thing has remained constant: our commitment to doing things the right way.
As the company grew, so did our team, our services, and our capabilities. We invested heavily in education, training, and specialization. We expanded beyond residential inspections into commercial properties, understanding that risk, not just condition, drives smart real estate decisions. We raised our standards internally so we could better serve our clients externally.
Growth was never about being the biggest. It was about being better.

Looking back over 20 years, it’s not the number of inspections that stands out. It’s the relationships.

And most importantly, the incredible team members who show up every day with integrity, professionalism, and care.
This company is only as strong as the people behind it. I’m deeply grateful for a team that treats every inspection as if it were their own home or business on the line.
A Legacy Built on Trust
4 Wahl Property Inspections has become more than a business to me. It’s a legacy. A legacy rooted in family, honesty, accountability, and service. A legacy built one inspection, one conversation, and one client at a time.
As we celebrate 20 years of serving Southeast Florida, I want to say thank you. Thank you to every client who placed their trust in us. Thank you to our partners and peers in the real estate community. And thank you to our team, past and present, who helped build what 4 Wahl is today.
Looking Ahead
While we’re proud of the last 20 years, we’re even more excited about what’s ahead. The industry will continue to change, and we’ll continue to evolve with it, without ever compromising our core values.
