Our journey began in 2006, when founder Mark Wahl launched the company under the name Waypoint Property Inspections East. From day one, Mark was driven by more than just the technical side of home inspections—he was committed to creating a 5-star client experience at every opportunity.

As the company grew, so did its identity. To honor his father, Avron Wahl, and the family legacy that inspires our work, Mark renamed the company 4 Wahl.
The name is a tribute—not only to his roots—but also to the people-first values that continue to define who we are. It’s a reflection of what we stand for:

Certified Inspector
A Palm Beach County native and graduate of Boca Raton High School, Alex understands how important buying a home can be. He loves helping clients make confident decisions by uncovering a property’s true condition before they close. Alex is known for being straightforward, detail-oriented, and committed to providing honest, objective inspections with no guesswork. When he’s off the clock, he’s usually tackling a DIY project, spending time with his dog, or watching Formula 1 and football. He’s also fascinated by astronomy and deep-space science.
Certified Inspector
Originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania, Robert grew up in Niantic, Connecticut, and has built his career around helping homebuyers make confident, informed decisions. As a Certified Master Inspector, he enjoys uncovering how homes are built, identifying potential issues, and explaining his findings clearly and in an easy-to-understand way. Robert treats every inspection as if he were helping a member of his own family purchase a home. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, boating, and exploring the outdoors.
Certified Inspector
Vincent grew up in Delray Beach, Florida, and graduated from Atlantic High School. He enjoys being part of the close-knit 4 Wahl family and approaches every inspection as if he were helping a family member purchase a home. As a Certified Master Inspector, he always aims to provide honest, thorough information so clients can make confident decisions. Outside of work, Vincent enjoys cooking, baking cakes, relaxing with a good TV show, and spending quality time with loved ones. He’s also a lifelong learner who loves exploring everything from mythology to gardening and science.
Certified Inspector
Chris grew up in Boston and attended school there before bringing his passion for helping others to South Florida. He enjoys guiding clients through one of the biggest financial decisions they’ll ever make and believes every inspection should be built on honesty, integrity, and transparency. As an active dad, Chris spends his free time with his children and close friends and treats every client the way he’d want his own family to be treated.
Lead Client Care Coordinator
Mitch grew up in the mountain city of Baguio, Philippines, and attended the University of Baguio. She enjoys connecting with clients, supporting the team, and finding new ways to improve processes behind the scenes. Mitch has been with 4 Wahl since day one and takes great pride in helping the company continue to grow. When she’s away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family, discovering new restaurants and cafés, relaxing at the spa, and watching English and Korean dramas. Fun fact: her real name is Michelle, but everyone calls her Mitch.
Client Care Coordinator
Michelle grew up in La Union, Philippines, and earned her degree from Universidad de Sta. Isabel in Camarines Sur. She loves coordinating inspections and making sure every client and inspector has a smooth experience from start to finish. Friendly and approachable, Michelle wants every client to know they’re always welcome to reach out with questions. Outside of work, she enjoys movies and documentaries and dreams of traveling the world. One of her proudest accomplishments was becoming a homeowner before turning 30.

Maureen grew up in Santa Rosa City, Philippines, and attended San Sebastian College–Recoletos. She loves being part of the 4 Wahl team because of the supportive people she works with and the opportunity to learn something new every day. Maureen believes that even the smallest details matter and strives to make every client interaction a source of peace of mind. When she’s not helping clients, you’ll find her playing mobile games with her kids and letting her imagination run wild with stories.

Hector was born in Lima, Peru, and studied aviation in Merritt Island, Florida, where he earned his commercial pilot license and became a flight instructor. He enjoys connecting with customers and building strong relationships based on trust and reliability. Hector believes great service comes from combining expertise with genuine personal care, an approach that fits perfectly with 4 Wahl’s commitment to its clients. Outside of work, he enjoys learning music production with friends, focusing on melodic techno. Fun fact: Hector is endlessly curious and loves jumping into new topics, whether it’s learning about history or figuring out how to make the perfect cheesecake!

Originally from Bethpage, New York, Jill attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice before beginning a career centered around helping people. She enjoys working alongside a team that truly cares about its clients and takes pride in being part of the Wahl family legacy. Outside of work, Jill enjoys long walks, bike rides, and spending time with family and friends. Fun fact: she has never had a cup of coffee!

As the founder of Waypoint Property Inspections East in 2006, Mark built a reputation for delivering thorough inspections, trusted expertise, and exceptional customer service.
At 4 Wahl, Mark oversees daily operations, field personnel, inspector development, and client service. His hands-on leadership and commitment to quality help ensure every client receives the professionalism, responsiveness, and peace of mind they deserve.
When he’s not helping clients and supporting the team, Mark enjoys spending time with family, including his grandkids, and making a positive impact throughout South Florida.

Bob Hintze is the Co-Owner of 4 Wahl Property Inspections and a respected leader in the Florida property inspection industry with more than 20 years of experience. As the founder of Waypoint Property Inspection in 2005, Bob has helped thousands of homeowners, buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals make informed decisions with confidence.
At 4 Wahl, Bob focuses on business development, operations, finance, and strategic growth while helping foster a culture centered on professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
When he’s not working, Bob enjoys cycling, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
