Privacy Policy
Waypoint Property Inspection LLC may disclose Personal Data and other information as follows:
Third Parties that Help Provide the Messaging Service: We will not share your opt-in to an SMS short code campaign with a third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with that campaign. We may share your Personal Data with third parties that help us provide the messaging service, including, but not limited to, platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
Additional Disclosures: Affiliates: We may disclose the Personal Data to our affiliates or subsidiaries; however, if we do so, their use and disclosure of your Personal Data will be subject to this Policy. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Call recording and automated call analysis
When you call us, the call may be recorded. Call recordings and written transcripts of calls may be reviewed by our team and processed by automated technology, including artificial intelligence, to help us improve our customer service, train our staff, schedule and manage inspections, and maintain quality records.
We use trusted technology service providers to provide these capabilities, including the platform that records, transcribes, and analyzes our calls, and providers that store recordings, convert calls to text, and help answer our phones (including, at times, an automated phone assistant). These providers process call data only to provide these services to us; they do not use it for their own purposes, and they do not use call data to train AI models.
Call recordings are retained for a limited period, typically no more than 30 days after processing, and transcripts are retained as business records. To ask questions about our call practices, or to request a copy or deletion of your information, contact us at info@4wpi.com.
Our AI phone assistant
Some calls to us are answered by an automated AI phone assistant rather than a member of our team. The assistant identifies itself as an AI at the start of the call, and will tell you it is an AI if you ask. You can ask to speak with a person at any time and the assistant will take a message and a member of our team will get back to you.
During the conversation, the assistant collects the information you give it, such as your name, phone number and email address, the property address and details, the services you’re asking about, appointment preferences, and any message you’d like to leave for us. We use that information to answer your questions, schedule and manage inspections, and follow up with you. Information you give the assistant is entered into our scheduling system in the same way it would be if you spoke with a member of our team.
Calls handled by the assistant are recorded and transcribed, and what you say is processed as you speak it by the technology providers that operate the assistant and our phone line. As with our other calls, these providers process it only to provide these services to us; they do not use it for their own purposes, and they do not use call data to train AI models. We do not use your voice to identify you.
Recordings and transcripts of assistant calls are kept on the same schedule described above, and you can use the same contact details above to ask questions or request a copy or deletion of your information.
